At InnaStar, we believe creativity is a universal language. A camera, a story circle, a confidence exercise these tools don’t just entertain. They heal, they empower, and they remind people everywhere that their voice matters.

INTERNATIONAL CREATIVE EXCHANGE PROGRAM (ICEP)

ICEP is InnaStar’s global initiative in partnership with MZ Foundation that brings our signature GLOW confidence and arts program to underserved youths communities around the world. We partner with schools, organizations, and faith-based groups to deliver hands-on, arts-based healing and storytelling experiences.

What started in the Lehigh Valley has now grown into a global movement. Through our local programming and our International Creative Exchange Program (ICEP), we’re using the arts to build bridges between cultures, generations, and communities.

Through ICEP, we have:

• Grand Cayman Islands – Reached approximately 50 students and 15 adults through GLOW Confidence and creative workshops, in partnership with local leaders and cultural events.

• Liberia, West Africa – Taught over 100 students during our arts and healing tour in March 2025, using storytelling, performance, and confidence-building to help young people see their potential in a new way.

• Nigeria – Impacted more than 600 students through our GLOW Confidence and creative expression workshops, helping them use their own stories as tools for healing and leadership.

Across these experiences, students learn to:

• Own their story instead of hiding it

• Build confidence on and off camera

• Collaborate with peers from different backgrounds

• Use creativity as a tool for healing, identity, and leadership

ICEP is not just about teaching classes in another country. It’s about mutual exchange—learning from each other’s cultures, honoring local stories, and creating a global circle of creatives who know they are seen, valued, and powerful.

We are actively building new partnerships for ICEP and global creative collaborations.

• Host – Invite InnaStar to bring GLOW, filmmaking, or creative healing workshops to your school, organization, or country.

• Partner – Collaborate on exchanges, festivals, and joint programs that center on youth, storytelling, and mental wellness.

• Sponsor – Underwrite a cohort, country visit, or student group so cost is never a barrier to participation.
